But here’s what we’ve learned from hundreds of installations: It doesn’t work everywhere.
It works where people feel like the space belongs to them.
It works where they feel permission to engage.
It’s not about the wall. It’s about the mindset.
You could place the Everbright in the most beautiful spot in the building—but if the people walking by feel like they’re not supposed to touch anything, it won’t matter.
On the other hand?
Put it anywhere kids are present—even in a dentist’s lobby or tucked into a hallway—and they’ll know immediately:

The Everbright works best where:
- People are coming through in varied ages
- Families, kids, or teens are part of the daily rhythm
- You want the environment to encourage exploration and participation (like libraries, museums, pediatric spaces, children’s hospitals, interactive exhibits, family zones)
- You need something that stays engaging, visit after visit—without requiring reset or cleanup
Where the Everbright doesn’t work as well:
- Environments where the cultural expectation is to watch, and never, ever touch (quiet galleries, formal exhibitions, passive spectator spaces). Note: It’s not a dealbreaker! Good signage and promotions to families can interrupt and reverse this pattern.
- Environments where supervision or permission is required before interacting with the space

Even in the right type of space, the Everbright works best when it’s easy to walk up to.
It thrives in high-visibility areas where people are already gathering, waiting, or wandering—not tucked away in a corner.
The closer you place it to the natural flow of the space, the more it invites spontaneous interaction.

3. How Installation Works (It’s Easier Than You Think)
No assembly required—once the Everbright arrives, it’s ready to go on the wall.
Decide on mounting height, then call an electrician to install a standard 120V outlet in the correct zone behind the Everbright. (No cord will be visible.)
Once the Everbright arrives, coordinate with your facilities team or contractor. Secure the cleat to your wall, remove the Everbright from the crate, plug it in, and lift it onto the cleat. Two to three strong people can get it done in 30 minutes.
But, there are a few key details to plan for in advance. You’ll want to install a separate power switch (or a timer connected to the circuit) so your Everbright powers on and off each day.

Most standard Everbright installs fall within an 8–12 week window from signed purchase agreement and 60% deposit.

Your Everbright ships fully assembled in a custom-engineered crate via freight carrier.
Delivery includes liftgate service to the ground floor and a call-ahead window so your team knows exactly when to expect it.
