What’s the lead time & what happens after you place an order?

Each Everbright is made to order in California, with the highest standards of craftsmanship and durability. Because we only produce a limited number each year, our typical lead time is approximately 12 weeks from the date we receive your 60% deposit and signed purchase agreement.

Milestones in the Process

Here’s what to expect from the moment you place an order to the day your Everbright arrives:

Week 1 | Installation Planning Begins

We provide mounting and electrical diagrams so your electrician, contractors, or facilities team can start planning for a smooth installation.

If you’re considering recessing your Everbright into a wall, this is the time to review clearance and ventilation requirements to ensure your setup is ideal.


Week 2 | Deposit Received → You’re in the Production Queue

Once we receive your deposit, your Everbright is officially in our queue. Production will begin soon. Your place in line is locked in, and we’ll keep you posted as we get closer to your build start date.


Weeks 3–10 | Fabrication & Assembly

  • Your Everbright is built by skilled artisans, step by step.
  • During production, we may check in with you to confirm your preferred shipping timeline—especially if your delivery needs shift due to construction schedules.

We stay in close communication to sync our production with your needs whenever possible.


Week 11 | Testing & Quality Assurance

Before shipping, we meticulously test every Everbright to ensure:

Every dial moves effortlessly with just one finger.

Every pixel displays all colors correctly.

The frame is flawless, with a smooth and even finish.

We only ship when we’re 100% satisfied that your Everbright meets our highest standards for design, craftsmanship, and accessibility.

 

 


Week 12 | Crating & Shipping

Your Everbright is securely packaged in a custom plywood shipping crate designed for safe transport.

Handled by professionals—We use a specialized freight carrier that ships sensitive electronics and high-value artwork.

Coordinated delivery—Once your Everbright leaves our studio, the freight team will work with your delivery point person to ensure smooth arrival.

Tracking provided—You’ll receive a tracking number and direct contact info for the shipping team.
